Terms of Use

The agreement between you and us for the Clador Forge app, cloud service and website.

This is the unchanged text of version beta-2026-10-30, in effect from October 30, 2026. Read the current version

1. Who we are and accepting these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Clador Forge: the website, the desktop app, the cloud service, your account and support. Clador Forge is operated by Evgeney Kirshner, a natural person registered in Israel as an Osek Murshe (an authorised VAT dealer), under the trading name Clador Forge. In these Terms, we, us and our mean that operator. Our full details are in the Legal Notice.

Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), our reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own buyer terms, which it shows at checkout. These Terms govern the Clador Forge software and service.

You accept these Terms when you create an account and when you buy a plan. If you do not agree, please do not use Clador Forge.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create an account. To buy a subscription you must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live; if you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, accept these Terms for you and is responsible for your use.

If you use Clador Forge for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.

3. What Clador Forge is

Clador Forge is a Windows desktop app and a cloud service for streamers. The desktop app saves highlights from your OBS replays; speech-activity detection runs locally on your computer. After setup, saved clips are uploaded to our cloud service automatically and turned into vertical Shorts with subtitles. They are scheduled and published automatically, through a third-party publishing service, to the social accounts you connected: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. Reviewing, editing or cancelling a clip before publication is optional.

Some features use artificial intelligence: the transcription of a clip's audio, the suggested title, description and hashtags, and the assistant in the website chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how they work.

4. Plans, trial and billing

  • Plans. Creator Starter includes 1 connected social network, 1 subtitle preset and 1 Short (video) per day, up to 30 seconds long. Creator Pro includes up to 4 networks, 31 subtitle presets and 2 Shorts (videos) per day, each up to 90 seconds long. Each Short is published to every connected network and counts once toward the daily limit. A clip that exceeds your plan's maximum video length remains in the calendar and is not published until you trim it to that length or shorter. Prices are on our pricing page.
  • Trial. A new subscriber gets one 7-day trial on either plan, and a card is required. There is one trial per person: a repeat purchase, for example after a refund, has no trial and is charged at checkout.
  • Billing. When the trial ends, the first monthly payment is charged automatically, and then every month on the same date until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. Lemon Squeezy adds or includes taxes as shown at checkout.
  • Before you pay. Before you start the trial, we show you the price and the date of the first charge, and we also send them to you by email.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Renewal stops, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for (or the end of the trial), and nothing more is charged. You can cancel on our public Cancel subscription page, which works without signing in, on your account page, by email to support@cladorforge.com, or by phone or post using the details in our Legal Notice. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the details.

6. Refunds and your statutory rights

You can ask for a prorated refund of the unused days of your current period, and as a consumer you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the contract. Both are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Changing your plan

  • Upgrade. A change from Creator Starter to Creator Pro takes effect at once, and we charge the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. If you are in a trial, the trial continues on Creator Pro.
  • Downgrade. A change from Creator Pro to Creator Starter takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the difference. You choose the one network to keep. At that time, future posts to your other networks and the second Short of each day are cancelled, and we tell you which ones. Creator Pro subtitle presets fall back to the Creator Starter preset. Your history stays.
  • You change your plan on your account page.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, you keep your paid features for a grace period of 3 days. If the payment still has not succeeded by then, paid features stop until it does. Using a legitimate chargeback or a statutory right is never treated as misuse.

9. When your access ends

When paid access ends, rendering and publishing stop. We remove your scheduled posts that were not yet published; you do not need to do this yourself. Posts that are already published stay on the social networks. We keep and delete your data as described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

10. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep all your rights in the clips and other content you submit. You allow us and our necessary service providers to host, copy, process, transmit, format and, when you instruct us to, publish that content, only as needed to provide the service you asked for, keep it secure and comply with the law. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us and does not let us use it for unrelated advertising.

The Clador Forge name, website, software and designs belong to the operator or its licensors. While your access lasts, you have a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.

11. Acceptable use and content rules

Use Clador Forge only lawfully and within your plan. In particular, do not:

  • upload or publish illegal content;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, music or other rights;
  • harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
  • upload any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
  • distribute malware, try to gain unauthorised access, bypass usage limits or attack the service;
  • resell access without our permission.

Reports and our decisions. Anyone can report content they believe is illegal to support@cladorforge.com (see our Legal Notice). We review reports promptly and carefully. If we stop processing a clip, remove content from our service, or restrict or suspend an account, we act in proportion to the problem and tell you the reasons, unless the law forbids it. You can reply to support@cladorforge.com to contest a decision, and we will review it again.

12. AI suggestions

Transcripts and suggested titles, descriptions and hashtags are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Reviewing them before publication is optional; you remain responsible for content published from your account, including content published automatically. Follow each platform's rules on labelling content that was made or altered with AI.

13. Social platforms and other services

You must follow the terms, community guidelines, copyright and advertising rules and account rules of each platform you use, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and OBS.

Clador Forge works with hosting, storage, payment, publishing and social platform services for the features you choose. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to your direct relationship with them. Working with a service does not mean it endorses us. We remain responsible for the obligations that the law places on us when we use service providers.

14. No guarantee of results

Clador Forge does not promise any number of views, followers, engagement, revenue or audience growth. Publication also depends on third-party platforms, network conditions and your account status, and platforms may reject or remove content or restrict accounts under their own rules. This does not exclude our responsibility for our own breach of contract or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Changes to the service and availability

We may maintain the service and change or discontinue features for legitimate security, legal, technical or operational reasons. We give reasonable notice of material changes where we can. If a change materially reduces a paid service during a period you paid for, contact support@cladorforge.com: we will restore the feature, let you end the contract, or refund you. A general right to change the service never removes your mandatory rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access on reasonable grounds, such as a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful activity or a genuine security or fraud risk. Our action is proportionate to the problem. Where we reasonably can and the law allows, we explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve it first; urgent protective action may come first. You can contact support@cladorforge.com to ask for a review. Any refund or other right you have under the law remains available.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies are not affected.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss caused by our breach as the applicable law provides. We do not promise commercial or social platform results, and where the law allows we are not responsible for loss caused only by your unlawful conduct or by events outside our reasonable control. Keep your own copies of important content as a precaution; this does not shift our legal responsibilities to you.

18. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts or authorities that your local law allows.

19. Changes to these Terms and language versions

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. If we change them materially, we tell you by email in advance and ask you to accept the new version; changes never take away rights under a purchase you already made.

Each language version is a translation of the English text. If they differ, the version in your language applies where your local law requires it.
